I Weep But Not

I have walked far and wide

In Rwanda, Northern Ireland, Bosnia

I am tired, My toe is hurting

I weep but not for my toe

I weep for Almad, Isote, Rose.

Who watch their sons’ graves.

I weep for Husain, Joseph

The remaining few batting death

Yet they struggle to destroy more

For I have thought for too long

about the human race, it’s actions

I have a headache

I weep but not for my head

I weep for the human kind’s self-created destiny

an infernal of self-condemnation.

I weep for our center of peace: Religion;

is now our source of conflict

For I have seen too much irony

My eyes are aching

I weep but not for my eyes

I weep for the elite’s’ menace

“the street people”

As we cologne $12000 to chase the ordor off

I weep for the staving the hungry

While the rich eat with golden spoons.

Has humanity lost the dream

of a heaven on earth ?

Have we twisted truth with lies

we no longer can see that is wrong or right ?

O! Saddam humor me

And let it be with others

O! Mobutu can’t you make my day

Let it go, It not worth that many lives

I beg of you bill Clinton wipe my tears

Go to peace missions with out guns

You there.

Yer! You

Give that man a job

Give that child a chance, a home

And may be just may be

I will stop weeping.

To the world’s sadness
